As a Staffing Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, facilitation and execution of sourcing, interviewing and hiring for our Corporate Merchandise Training Program (CMTP). You will not only recommend talented career force and college candidates, you will impact the business by making the actual hiring decisions for the CMTP. You will own the full life cycle of the talent acquisition process, from company branding and candidate identification, through the entire hiring decision. Staffing Specialists are accountable for the talent being hired into the CMTP.
