Job Description:
Statistical Analyst - Segmentation Strategy sought by Trilegiant Corporation for its Stamford, CT location. Responsible for performing the following described job functions: (1) Campaign Management & Segmentation: responsible for maximizing file penetration and performance through development of new client file strategy, segmentation, and list selection; ensuring accurate execution of all statistical regression models developed by statisticians; communicating with internal departments in a clear and timely manner; (2) CPAM & Budget: ensuring monthly CPAM preparation for assigned client base; accurately estimating annual member flow for yearly Budget process of Direct Marketing/TeleMarketing; and tracking campaign performance for ad-hoc reporting and statistical analysis; and (3) CART Modeling & Product Research: building/planning CART and regression models prior to campaign date; ensuring accuracy of sample prepare requests and scoring programs; updating Scorecard monthly and Joblog weekly; supporting company wide retention efforts and maximizing lifetime value of members; and supporting Product, Strategy and Sales groups for all requests regarding market research, segmentation analysis and CRM.
Must have a Master's Degree in Statistics or any other related discipline (Economics, Sociology, Demography, Mathematics, Computer Science) and a minimum of one (1) year of experience in the job offered on in a related occupation; including a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience applying technical knowledge in business applications; working knowledge of PC spreadsheets: Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Access; fluency in SAS environment; knowledge of various statistical techniques; working knowledge of SQL; excellent communication skills; and must be a dependable team player. Must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S. Drug and background screens required. EOE M/F/D/V.
