-Write and post daily communication on promotional, marketing, visual and operational strategies and changes for all channels -Handle immediate action communication needs with appropriate balance of accuracy and urgency -Maintain field workload calendars and ongoing planning resources -Works with field and home office business partners and subject matter experts to develop, write and maintain store tools and resources -Build and manage relationships with all business partners to deliver established short term and long term project/initiatives -Act as a store advocate in all interactions with Home Office business partners -Educate Home Office business partners about store-related projects; garner support, align on responsibilities and timelines and hold business partners accountable for project contributions -Manage field feedback through the Weekly Feedback Tool, Support Central, Field Advisory Panels, etc. -Solicit and utilize field participation and feedback as appropriate in development of communication, tools and resources
