Store Communications Specialist
Planning
- Support and coordinate communication for all Field meetings/events and special projects
- Provide logistics, execution and on-site support for all Field meeting/events
- Work cross-functionally to meet all project deadlines
- Ensure timelines are met and maintained in order to deliver a seamless execution at the Field levels
- Manage process for current communications standards in the Field break room bulletin boards
Communication
- Manage process weekly Footnotes newsletter publications
- Provide initial support and counsel to cross-functional partners for all daily communication affecting daily workload
- Write communication for consistency while referencing all printed materials, intranet, audio, binders, etc. related to what is being communicated
- Coordinate all operational aspects of field email including self-composing, editing and reviewing all messages to ensure consistency and time-appropriateness
