This position will report to the CFO Shared Services and as a member of the Office of the CFO team, you will lead and/or be part of cross-functional and geography teams impacting Aon Hewitt, including consulting services (employee benefits administration and HR business process outsourcing).
Functional responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Thought partner to Aon-Hewitt senior finance leadership on projects including helping to drive the finance strategy, analyzing the competitive landscape and creating materials for quarterly earnings meetings for the Aon Hewitt executive team:
* Production and delivery of updates and conclusions to the likes of C-level leadership and the Aon-Hewitt Executive Committee while working with executive leadership, business unit CEO's and division finance leaders
* Analysis and support for finance function initiatives
* Ownership of full 3-year synergy plan
* Operational optimization
* Supporting/driving key initiatives for the CFOs
* Report and analyze results for key budget owners/Executive Committee leadership
* Provide analytical support as needed, on close, forecasting and planning processes as well as special projectsSuccessful candidate will have strong analytical skills, be a highly effective communicator and have the ability to interact and influence with senior business leaders, be able to successfully balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, work independently to drive change, and be able to adapt quickly and frequently to change. * 2-3 years tier-one management consulting experience combined with top-school academic pedigree * Smart, team oriented, driven professionals * Strong ability to structure complex and ambiguous business issues * Ability to conduct fact based analysis to drive recommendations in the form of high-quality communications * Executive presence, natural leadership skills and a high potential curve * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong excel system skills All positions require an applicant who has accepted an offer to undergo a background check.
