Strategic Sales Representative

DISH Network has an employment opportunity for individuals with energy, intellect, and the need to achieve as a Strategic Sales Representative.  The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

 

Strategic Sales Representatives will ensure proper training related to DISH Network products and programming for the Alliance Partner and OE channels.  Functions as a liaison to Alliance Partner retail sales staff in a particular DMA, or DMAs. Represents DISH Network and our partners at sales events.  Measures and evaluates proper sales practices through ongoing quality assurance efforts with assigned OE retailers.   Additional responsibilities include:

  • Develop customer strategies and execute best practices for all assigned accounts.
  • Deliver on predetermined goals for each account
  • Partner with Account Managers in Alliance Management and the Strategic Account Managers for planning and feedback.
  • Leverage experience and creative thinking to identify opportunities and develop customer base.
  • Focus on Quality Assurance at all OE Call Centers.
  • Engage in all other aspects of account support: New hire training, up-training, sales blitzes, side by side selling and other duties as assigned by manager.
  • Maintains timely detailed knowledge with respect to competition, demographics, products, programs, installation, service and pricing.
  • Provides Management continual feedback with regards to program effectiveness and suggested enhancements.
  • Other duties as required.  This list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all duties and responsibilities assigned to this position.
  • Must hold a valid Drivers License and meet requirements of department for a clean driving record

 


Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; 3+ years related experience, 1-2 years supervisory/management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
