Responsibilities:

The person in this role will support the execution of employee engagement studies by coordinating logistics of small and mid-size/complex research projects in collaboration with Project Managers.

Serve Our Clients

* Plan and execute the logistics of research material, printing/programming, assembly, distribution, translation management and reporting for small to mid-size projects or segments of larger projects
* Develop, monitor and reconcile detailed project schedules; notify Project Manager of out-of-scope issues or due date concerns
* Direct the work of both internal and external suppliers of printing, assembly, distribution, scanning, data capture, translations and reporting services for engagement projects
* Assist with the execution of Requirements Documents and Test Scripts
* Obtain vendor estimates and provide fee quotes to be included in proposals/sales presentations
* Responsible for new project setup tasks, including CPAD, eRoom, Adminitrack, Procurement, POs and project codes
* Support Project Manager in monthly budget activities, including pulling PA10s, updating budget spreadsheets and executing the estimating tool and PPM tool
* Work with project team to determine reporting requirements; contribute to results and comment analysis
* Provide viable analysis alternatives to solve client requests related to results and action planning; contribute to recommendations and next steps
* Contribute as a team member on assigned projects
* Provide input to Project Manager related to overall project plan (logistics, timing, and budget)
* Track and document research process and communicate with team
* Communicate issues and changes requiring attention or action to project team members

* Provide input to proposals related to research logistics, timing, and fees

* Excellent project management skills, primarily being highly organized, giving high attention to detail, and having strong time-management abilities
* At least 3 years of experience/education in market research processes and/or quantitative analysis
* College experience preferred
* Strong reading and reading comprehension skills including proofreading and editing
* Strong listening and interpretation skills
* Knowledge and experience with standard MS Office products as well as high familiarity with computers and popular applications
* Knowledge of data collection techniques and processes including Internet as well as related software
* Comfort in working with numbers and arithmeticDrive for Results
