Talent Development Program Manager
As our Talent Development Program Manager, you'll provide organizational expertise and leadership to the Company's leadership competency model process, as well as to core Performance Management processes: CFE, 360/multi-rater feedback, and Coaching. You'll coordinate the design, development and implementation of systemic, value adding performance development processes that are linked to critical competencies. You'll strengthen link of performance planning with the business planning and strategy processes. You'll provide curriculum design and development expertise to new programs and developmental tools. You'll support existing focused corporate initiative programs. You'll provide process improvement and enhancement guidance to all programs. You'll develop methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining and assessing training results. You'll support organization wide non-traditional development experiences. You'll manage the coordination of corporate offerings. You'll support a global focus in providing programs and development options that can be used globally, create programs corporately and work with counterparts to adapt regionally; consult with business units and regions to adapt existing frameworks for specific audience needs. You'll provide needs assessments and internal consulting services on relevant issues including organizational development, management development programs, learning frameworks, senior leadership meetings and other performance focused projects. You'll work with HR management to proactively identify systemic, high value adding and globally relevant leadership development issues; and provide cost effective leadership development programs and processes to address gaps. You'll identify outside training and vendor programs for needs that cannot be met in house. You'll develop relationships with global training/educational vendors. You'll need to be familiar with and a part of the local learning community including universities and learning forums. In addition, you'll keep current on training, organization and human resource development trends and technologies as they relate to Company's needs and opportunities.
