Based in our Chicago office, this professional will have a high level of hands-on experience in recruitment, and also serve as the human resources liaison to staff in Chicago, Kansas City, and Minneapolis. Reports to regional senior vice president of talent development, based in St. Louis. . Heavy focus on recruiting for openings in the Chicago office as well as other regional offices, as needed. . Provides guidance to management and staff in the Chicago, Kansas City and Minneapolis offices on human resources practices, policy interpretation, problem resolution and compliance . Manages additional human resources operations including compensation and benefits, performance management, staffing, and employee relations. . Identifies training needs, and organizes and conducts training presentations
Qualifications: . BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines . A minimum 10 years of human resources generalist experience; preferably from professional services organizations . Solid recruiting experience with expertise in candidate networking, sourcing, and recruiting tactics including use of social networking sites . Ability to consult with and add value to senior management executives on all issues relating to human resources and talent development is critical . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Solid presentation skills . Sound knowledge of labor laws and other regulatory practices . Ability to function in a fast-paced dynamic environment . Experience working with a global organization is a plus
