Talent Representative HC H12-023
The Talent Representative HC is responsible and accountable for servicing clients and candidates. Provide identification and qualification of candidate and customers for the cultivation, administration, and maintenance of the client relationship; and for facilitating all activities associated with the matching and closing process. Build solid, profitable relationships with clients and candidates through the delivery of exceptional customer service characterized by mutual respect, understanding and trust. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage quality assurance, productivity, candidate retention and extension, lead generation, re-marketing and assignment end. Promote Kforce services to clients by determining and implementing appropriate marketing techniques for industry, region, and specification. Manage consultant utilization to minimize gaps in employment and promote full time hours. Evaluate market conditions and ensures candidate inventory population stays at appropriate levels to accommodate anticipated client demand. Develops staffing strategies when deficiencies are identified. Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates not currently on assignment. Package qualified candidates for presentation to client if required. Qualify and prioritize new job orders. Ensure client expectations are set and maintained. Negotiate appropriate contract terms, pay rates, bill rates and fees for incoming job orders and/or extensions. Analyze client requirements and employ proper matching methodologies including leveraging applicable systems, presenting job opportunities to candidates, negotiating pay rates and closing billable placements. Prep and debrief the candidate. Acts as liaison between the client and the candidate during the offer process. Provide coaching and advice to the candidate through the client interview process. Conduct follow-up activities with candidates to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery by the candidate of required services. Supervise and manage candidates on assignment; counsels and disciplines candidates; directly involved in termination decisions. Identify new job order opportunities through client contacts and consultants via candidate marketing and relationship building. Identify customer needs; is continuously alert and responsive to changing customer business environment and needs. Capture and perform on-boarding requirements specific to client. Develop and execute daily plan. Participate in periodic training to enhance representation of clients in HR management decisions. EDUCATIONAND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree preferred.
