Responsibilities: ? Our client is looking for a high-caliber Technical Marketing Manager/Director to create white papers, application notes, presentations, etc while supporting & training our sales engineering staff. ? The ideal candidate will be involved in field demonstrations, customer visits, along with creating competitive materials for channel & field sales. ? The ideal candidate will drive product & magazine reviews ? The ideal candidate will work with the customer on finding out new features desired, and then work with Product Line Managers to prioritize previous said. ? The ideal candidate will perform competitive analysis along with interoperability testing ? The ideal candidate will produce product demonstrations for events including tradeshows along with representing company @ industry & technical forums.
Requirements: ? BSEE along with at least 5 years of demonstrated hands-on experience in the networking industry in a technical marketing/customer-facing technical capacity ? The ideal candidate will posses an extensive understanding of wireless & networking technologies (ideally 802.11) ? Networking and/or Wireless certification is desired (CWNA, CCIE) ? 25% travel is required
