Mosaic Sales Solutions is an event marketing agency that utilizes our considerable expertise, proven best practices, and leading-edge technology to execute brand relevant selling, merchandising and event marketing programs across all consumer marketing and business-to-business channels.
We are currently looking for a Territory Manager that will be responsible for the direct supervision of 90-95 Field Representatives.
Reporting to the District Manager, the Territory Manager will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and coaching all Field Representatives in the assigned territory. Additionally the Territory Manager will be responsible for scheduling, compliance, and payroll approval for their Field Reps. The Territory Manager will serve as the supervisor and main point of contact for their Field Reps.
The ideal candidate will have previous hands on merchandising experience, as this is an important element of this position, along with the ability to handle call reports, payroll, and on-going merchandising and product-awareness development of the entire team.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Recruiting/Training:
- Face-to-face interviews in their market-where applicable - Responsible for onboarding all new hires, proper documentation, etc. (daily) - Review onboarding checklist twice per week for all new hires - Asset retrievals from retired reps (weekly) - Assign training call reports and direct new hires to online training (daily as needed) - Schedule in-field training for new hires as needed (Market Mentor). - Conduct the area conference calls with your team (weekly) - Makes all hiring and termination decisions in conjunction with their District Manager (DM)
- Admin follow Up:
- Reporting review (daily) - Staffing review with DM (weekly) - Payroll Approval - System updates for terminations - Identify staffing needs. - Respond to store specific issues within a designated time frame
- Report Review:
- Daily and weekly reporting review of various performance metrics including cost control management, payroll, compliance, etc.
- Communication
- Communicates all program and performance specific info to field team. - Daily briefing with DM
- Store Visits:
- In the field for rep and/or audit visits in local drivable area two half days per week - Store visits with DM/Regional Manager (RM) when they are in local market
