Test Engineer
As a Test Engineer the successful candidate would design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment; plan and arrange the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices; provide test area with parameters for sample testing and specify tests to be performed as well as compile data and define changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. The Test Engineer would be responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree. Experience can be substituted for education.
• 2 years of experience in addition to the following: Knowledge of Apple Operating Systems and applications running on the Apple OS.
• 2 years experience testing client/server applications.
• Knowledge of Sybase databases.
• Knowledge of networks and distributed computing. 2 years experience writing and executing requirements derived test procedures and documenting issues discovered.
TS/SCI with poly required.
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience executing and writing test procedures.
• Knowledge of applications running on an Apple OS.
