CDM Princeton is looking for a Traffic Manager toensure the smooth facilitation of work by applying agency principles of operation. The TrafficManager isresponsible for moving jobs through the agency from inception through production, effectively tracking the stage and location of each project. This position ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget by skillfully setting realistic time goals and guiding the team toward timely achievement of those goals. The TrafficManagermonitors and tracks expenses and requests final billing on jobs when completed.
RESPONSIBILITIES · Preparedailystatus reports and lead status meetings with team to review due dates · Route jobs to all members of team through each stage of development, until job is "clean" and ready for the next stage · Prepareand maintain timelinesfor each projectusing MS Project · Follow-up with team members on due dates to ensure deadlines are met · Prepare client submissions · Perform multipletasks on strong deadlines in a graceful and organized fashion · Assist team with questions/problems around electronic workflow system · Maintain digital folder archives
QUALIFICATIONS · 2+ years print traffic experience in an advertising agency o Pharma or healthcare agency a plus · Bachelor’s degree · Effective communication skills · Ability to build strong relationships with client and agency team members · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills · Display an interest and enthusiasm for the position, company, and industry · Computer proficiency including Enterprise Project Management (EPM, MS Project and Adobe Acrobat mark up tools
