Our Trainers develop, plan, coordinate, and administer dynamic sales training and development programs for Sales Associates and Management in order to meet DISH’s organizational and business needs.
Participates in needs analysis studies to determine training needs within organization.
Confers with management to gain knowledge of specific work situations to enable Sales Associates to better understand policies, procedures, regulations, technologies, sales techniques and human relations.
Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual education, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and resource materials.
Delivers outstanding training presentations to provide superior learning experiences for Sales Associates.
Maintain training, participant, and reference materials and equipment.
Selects or develops testing and evaluation procedures to be used at completion of Sales courses.
Tests trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of education program(s).
Reports on progress of employees under guidance during training periods.
Other duties as required.
