Job Duties:
Temporary Training Supervisor
Schedule: M-F 6:30am-3:00pm and Flexibility to work 3:30pm-12:00am
Hours: 40 per week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Training Supervisor:
- Oversee assigned staff and participate in the activities involved in providing quality classroom and on-the-job training for call-center employees
- Supervise, and participate in, the completion of training documentation
- Coach, develop, and mentor subordinates to achieve quality performance
- Establish an excellent working relationship with each assigned client and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service
Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.
Education
Associateâ?Ts degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in education, communications, English, or a related field required. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
Experience
Minimum one year professional training or teaching experience required which may include public and private school experience, corporate training, or related training experience.
Minimum one year lead or supervisor experience preferred.
