Review, provide technical support, and perform quality control review of valuation products on a national level.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Review all types of residential real estate valuations to ensure the delivery of a quality product that meets all industry and customer specific requirements. * Provide technical support to staff and customers and handle all technical questions through to resolution. * Provide value reconciliations between current BPO value and a prior BPO value * Reconciliation of applicable vendor and customer fees, prior to invoicing * Contact vendors to obtain required information. * Maintain quality control standards * Educate vendors on our customer's specifications and ORDMS expectations as they relate to the assigned order and product. * Perform other related duties or projects as assigned by Supervisor/Manager. * Assist with the implementation of services. Requirements
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* High School diploma or equivalent * Aptitude to prioritize, multi task, and organize in a fast pace environment. * Licensed / Certified residential appraiser, which must be maintained and kept in good standing * Minimum of two years of real estate sales or real estate appraisal experience (as a licensed certified appraiser) * Superior knowledge of appraisal terminology, requirements and forms. * Ability to review appraisals for technical content on a national level. * Candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft office products to include but not limited to word, excel, outlook, etc. * Must be a team player and willing to adapt to change.
