Vendor Relations & Compliance Specialist


Company in Nashville is currently looking for a Vendor Relations & Compliance Specialist. This Vendor Relations & Compliance Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining vendor performance
metrics, such as scorecards and ensure that all vendors are tested according to the Salting Policies and Procedure, as well
as manage third party providers (TPP) agreements. They will become familiar with all the services the company provides
and ensure that the Third Party Vendors are adhering to them. The Vendor Relations Specialist will manage relationships
with all operational global vendors to enhance performance and the quality of the work.
The position is located in Nashville, Tennessee and will report to the Supervisor of Vendor Quality Management.
Responsibilities:
 Identify and assist vendors to upgrade their technical, quality and delivery of services.
 Communicate key performance metrics to vendor; collaborate to improve performance over time.
 Create and Implement a vendor compliance program.
 Develop and manage vendor compliance reports.
 Makes final determination, within company guidelines, on risk acceptability for vendors.
 Maintain records so they can be used in assisting in vendor quarterly reviews.
 Serves as primary contact for escalation for issues that arise between the vendor and internal business units.
 Assist in the development of proposals, especially with respect to RFPs.
 Coordinate responses and resolutions/escalation inquiries.
 Create and manage Sharepoint.
 Assist the international offices to create and maintain an International service(s) database.
 Create Scorecards and implement vendor review process.

Education and Experience:
 BA/BS Degree
 3-5 years of experience
 Strong experience with global sourcing and vendor management
 Experience with constructing and managing business relationships
 Experience as a consulting client partner or similar role would be desirable
 Experience using MS Word and Excel.
 Must have the ability to multi-task
