More information about this job: Overview: * This position is responsible for managing and leading the team in all aspects of the client relationship. In addition, this position will: provide overall strategic plans and initiatives, ensure delivery of high quality products and services consistent with contracts and agreements, manage financial and budgetary compliance, be responsible for business development and revenue growth for both new and existing clients as well as cross selling initiatives.
Description of Duties: * Partner with clients to develop effective strategic plans and services to support the same * Develop and manage scope of service or project agreements with clients * Ensure existing new business and cross-selling revenue goals are achieved * Establish and lead cross-functional team in support of client needs and consistent with engagement requirements (including specific therapeutic expertise as needed) * Monitor and manage team activity to ensure timely delivery of products and services to accounts * Oversee and manage all financial aspect of client relationship including compliance to contract/agreements, billings, write-offs, receivables, etc. * Facilitate communication between team members and clients necessary to maintain strong relationships and effective account management * Provide management direction as well as developmental support to direct reports * Participate in new business/client activities and pitches as requested
Minimum Requirements: * Bachelors degree requires, MBA or advanced degree preferred * 10-15 years experience in marketing or advertising, as least 5 of which in a senior management capacity * Must be able to travel up to 60% of the time * Must have a thorough understanding of best in class in a service environment in a marketplace for assigned clients or categories * Prior business development experience and demonstrated success * Strong analytical and strategic planning skills * Demonstrated success in managing a cross-functional team * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (may require specific industry and therapeutic expertise)
