We are currently looking for a Vice President, Medical Director to join our Medical and Scientific Affairs Department.
The Vice President, Medical Director is an integral part of the agency brand teams and plays a client-facing role to support a brand. Roles of the Vice President, Medical Director include driving the medical marketing strategy, providing competitive intelligence, uncovering medical insights from customers and key opinion leaders, and generating content to support medical communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES · Serve as the therapeutic category expert · Clearly present, explain, and interpret scientific and clinical data to audiences with varying levels of knowledge and backgrounds · Attend and present at client meetings · Develop content for medical and scientifically-driven projects · Ensure medical and scientific accuracy for all strategies and tactics for brand teams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS · 5+ years clinical and/or industry (pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare agency) experience · Must have PhD, MD, or PharmD · Demonstrated leadership skills · Proven ability to creatively problem-solve and find innovative solutions · Proven ability to work independently as well as successfully collaborate within a team dynamic · Demonstrated ability to follow and adhere to core values of CDM
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS · Oncology, immunology, or nephrology experience/training preferred
