VP Of Operations
Developer, Owner and Operator of multiple retirement communities is seeking a charismaticVP of Operationswho will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of their five-star facilities.
Requirements:
· BA from a school of recognized standing with a master's degree preferred
· Minimum of six years of innovative operations management experience in the Senior Living industry with a proven track record of success and effectiveness.
· Knowledge and expertise of the current issues, trends and competitive forces operating in the Senior Living industry.
· Hospitality orientation and proven success generating "five star" techniques to enhance community operations.
· Proven track record of leadership skills
