VoIP Process Engineer
This is a Business Process Analyst role. Work closely with the Infrastructure Program Voice team members to deliver business process models and drive Process Improvement initiatives.
Process Improvement initiative examples are as follows: * Business use cases for telephony * Understanding regional differences and capitalizing on standardization opportunities * Station reviews * Deployment methodologies * Individual project timeline and templates * Program planning to ensure that each discreet project meshes with the overall completion goals * Determine the future state process analysis and documentation * Be responsible for the analysis of the 'as is' and understanding the gaps and driving to a 'to be' future state process * Model, document, and put measurement systems in place for all processes * Develop, coordinate, and maintain the process mapping activities and documentation and deliver comprehensive process documentation for use in enterprise model * Integrate and align Voice Program processes with all Infrastructure Program tracks (WAN, LAN, and Wireless) and other IT Groups and business partners like Telephony Engineering to ensure efficiencies and consistency * Identify and eliminate waste * Lead in the problem definition and reduce variation in tools and process used across IT Infrastructure Program to eliminate waste * Determine the problem and make an analysis of defects * Conduct value stream mapping to ensure customer perceived value * Engage stakeholders and owners to gain common understanding of work scope * Facilitate and lead various meetings across all levels of management * Aid, drive, and understand all parties and their goals and objectives * Facilitate and negotiate agreements with various parties who are involved * Understand all parties' needs to drive for the final outcome * Partner with Business Analysts to automate a process into requirements assimilation, analysis, and translation to technical requirements
