A well-respected Hawaii nonprofit is looking for a Director of Finance, who has a creative and experienced professional background. The Director of Finance will oversee all of the financial planning, assist with budgeting and maintain all of the financial reporting. The Director of Finance will also manage aspects of the IT and HR departments. The position will also maintain audits, taxes and the general ledger.
A strong familiarity with Excel and high level of competency with multiple aspects of accounting is required. 5+ years in the accounting industry is required. A Bachelors degree is required, and an MBA and/or CPA is preferred. Previous experience with a nonprofit is a benefit but not a necessity.
