VP Enterprise Sales - 2271

VP Enterprise Sales is responsible for all activity in new business- hospital accounts including products, consulting services, and informatics products. The opportunity is with a transformational leader within the healthcare arena.

Multiple positions throughout the U.S., must be located near a major airport.

Position Description

Identify and close new hospital and health system business opportunities.
Responsible for all components of a complex selling process to including:
Arranging presentations
Contract Negotiations
Conceptual selling skills are required
Manage time and resources effectively to meet territory sales objectives
Expertise in all aspects of product, service and industry issues
Organizational communication skills are a priority
Identify and close sales opportunities in existing customers and coordinate activities
Contract negotiations.
70-75% overnight travel required

Minimum Requirements

7-10+ years successful enterprise sales experience to hospitals
Consulting sales experience a definite plus
Comfortable selling at high levels in the healthcare market (CEO, COO, CIO, CFO level)
Experience exceeding large quotas ($15,000,000+)
Knowledge of strategies for hospitals
Good negotiation, conflict management & customer service skills.
Knowledge of current enterprise technology and of healthcare industry and trends.
Ability to demonstrate consistent closing techniques throughout the sales cycle.
Ability to position solutions by thinking "out of the box" and creating opportunity where none may appear to exist.
Ability to break down barriers in order to locate and/or create revenue opportunities.
Ability to build C-suite relationships, key department relationships and align strategic lead products with customer strategic initiatives, objectives and goals.
Experience with overseeing deals, managing and directing resources to win department/ clinical, informatics/ C-Suite level buy-in.
Ability to learn quickly, grasp information and apply it to a given situation inside a customer problem or planning process.
Ability to learn about hospital direction and concerns from any sources including the media, partners, coaches, etc.
Exceptional presentation skills required.
Exceptional communication skills including written communication through clear and concise messaging.

Education

4 year Bachelors degree in a related field
Advanced degree preferred
70-75% overnight travel required
