Job Description: This role will be responsible for the management of Broad HR functions ensuring transactional and strategic processes. Must be very knowledgeable of Risk Management. You will lead initiatives and be responsible for managing the administrative and functional HR responsibilities while supporting the strategic objectives of the division and the company. The successful individual will have thorough knowledge of managing multiple strategic and functional HR initiatives, implementing best practices, leading major projects and managing a diversity of employee programs.
