    What you'll do...

    Director, Identity Experience Analytics

    The Customer Digital Identity organization is enabling Walmart to better understand who the Walmart customer is. At the same time, we are ensuring streamlined processes, security, scalability, regulatory compliance and best in class customer experience. The customer is at the heart of all we do at Walmart. The Customer Digital Identity team will amplify customer centricity by deepening the company's understanding of customers and their preferences. When we do that, we can serve them when and how they need.

    The team collaborates with product, engineering, and business teams, such as eCommerce, Marketing, and multiple teams in Walmart's revenue organization such as Walmart +, Data Ventures, and Walmart Connect, to create a holistic and consistent digital view of customers' relationship with Walmart. The team is also responsible for driving the enterprise strategy around customer data and identity capture and developing a unified strategy around customer identity.

    Director of Identity Experience Analytics

    Reporting in the Customer Data & Identity organization, the Director of Identity Experience Analytics will play a key role in shaping product and CX roadmaps, driving experimentation support for all customer and identity initiatives and driving an experimentation culture and capabilities. This individual is expected to possess a deep understanding of experimentation, metrics definition and strategic insights.

    Successful candidates will love delving deep into data, have strong analytical skills, outstanding communication tactics, and be comfortable with a high level of executive attention. You will be at ease engaging with technical teams and flourish in a collaborative, creative, analytical, and quick-paced atmosphere. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex insights into actionable business recommendations in a clear and concise manner. This is a high-profile role that will interact with people at all levels of the organization, specifically our c-level executives.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and develop a high performing experimentation team and scale the team efficiently as per current plans to scale.

    • Identify and recruit top tier talent, provide mentorship and training, and define the team's goals, objectives in alignment with the company's overall strategic direction.

    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product features, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement and identify opportunities for product improvements and efficiency gains through data analysis, experimentation, automation, and technology enhancements.

    • Utilize analytics and business intelligence techniques to extract actionable insights from large datasets, influencing product development, marketing strategies, and design optimizations.

    Requirements

    • 15+ years in leading product and customer analysis, experimentation, and insights within global top tier technology companies, preferably e- commerce

    • 6+ years in managerial role , in building and leading experimentation teams

    • Proven track record of delivering impactful insights, driving business outcomes and continuous product optimization through data-driven strategies and experimentation.

    • Strong proficiency in data analysis, experimentation design techniques.

    • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Product & Engineering, Marketing, Operations and Finance.

    • Prior C-level/Executive Board exposure. Experience pitching to and holding in depth discussions with C-level stakeholders

    Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Economics, Information technology or related disciplines. Master's or PhD preferred.

    Minimum Qualifications...

    experience in data analytics or related field.
