Our purpose in J&J is helping people around the worldby anticipating their needs, building solutions and experiences that help themlive healthy, vibrant lives. You would work within a dynamic team that partners withkey Food, Drug, Mass Merchandiser and Specialty Retailers across thecountry to identify and execute business-building opportunities. You would be responsiblefor delivering the company forecast, executing strategic business plans andlaunching new creative and innovative products to our retail partners. Inaddition, the team is dedicated to Category Management and Shopper Marketinginitiatives, including providing data analysis to uncover ambitious trends,executing retail & customer initiatives and collaborating on strategicbusiness building opportunities. This program offershigh-caliber students the ability to apply their knowledge in practicalbusiness settings during a six-month, full-time (40 hours per week) assignmentfrom Spring (January 2021 - June 2021) or Fall (July 2021 - December 2021). You will be incorporatedinto the day-to-day business practices of the Sales organization: + Analyzing data to understand business drivers andtrends, assisting with the management of promotional display programs + Reporting and evaluating monthly sales versus forecastactivity, supporting the new item launch process, supporting SalesOperations tools + Executing retail and consumer initiatives andadditional projects that support our key business initiatives. The Co-op Program alsooffers a robust learning curriculum that is comprised of both on-the-jobtraining and formal learning to enhance professional skills development. Youwill have the opportunity to fulfill your goals in Corporate SocialResponsibility and participate in an array of diversity and employee resourcegroups. Customer Development Co-Op Program locations could include: + Skillman, NJ + Fort Washington, PA + Buffalo Grove, IL + Cumberland, RI + Rogers, AR + Los Angeles, CA + Minneapolis, MN + Cincinnati, OH Qualifications You should meet the following requirements: + You are legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. and notrequire sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g.H1-B status) + You should be a current undergraduate student in pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree with an expected graduation of 2022-2023 (RisingJunior, or Current Junior) + Concentration major of Marketing, Finance or Businessfocus is preferred + You should have a minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA + You must be willing to commit to 6 month duration - 40hours per week (Monday - Friday) + Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel,PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) + Ability to provide own transportation between home andwork office location is required Johnson & Johnson isan Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
