Job responsibilities

Working with a variety of clients to implement the technology platform, and launch and sustain a successful website

• Providing client training on product features, tools, and developing documentation to facilitate training opportunities

• Working closely and coordinating with various internal departments

• Providing clients with ongoing support for use of technology, understanding of product capabilities, and public health expertise

• Developing guides and client materials, including online & offline content

• Assisting with Quality Control processes for new product releases

• Crafting communication messages and client updates

• Data entry and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management software

• Managing contract renewals process and capitalizing on opportunities for growth

• Supporting additional projects as needed

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and characteristics:

• Familiarity and comfort with public health concepts, data analysis, methods to assess needs and plan, develop, implement, and evaluate public health programs

• A strong understanding of healthcare and community organizations as related to the implementation of public health programs and services

• A self-starter; ability to lead and manage internal projects

• Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills

• Strong presentation skills

• Ready to quickly integrate and support a strong team of public health and technology professionals

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required

• Experience with HTML desired, but not required

Candidates must have a Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy or related, or comparable role as well as Pub Health exp.

Day in the life of Account Managers

Most of an Account Manager's day is centered around client communication. Each account manager is responsible for a group of clients, and the most important aspects of the account manager role are ensuring that clients meet their goals, understanding how to best use the platform.

Another part of the Account Manager's role is collaborating across teams to provide feedback from clients, share ideas, and to work on projects supporting community health improvement efforts.

Additionally, account managers are responsible for tracking client account activity. This is crucial to maintaining organization across the life of the accounts and ensuring clarity across departments as to the account status.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $75K-$100K .
