Advanced Practice Clinician, Neurology, Oregon Medical Group, Eugene

As a part of Optum, the largest network of medical groups in the country, Oregon Medical Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Neurology Care team in Eugene, OR. The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume.?We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient's needs.?

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday

• Full-time or part-time

• 4-Day work week

• Manage patient care in outpatient setting.

• Consults, follow-up appointments

• Comfortable seeing patients ages; primarily adults/senior base.

• Average Daily Patient Census: 18-22 patients

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year college

• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Oregon or ability to obtain.

• Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Program

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

• Current BLS from the American Heart Association required prior to start.

• Excellent patient care and time management skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, team player, adaptable to changing priorities.

• 2+ years Neuro experience
