Overview:
Critical leader AND individual contributor to Northwell's Innovation & Transformation team in defining & determining innovation priorities & advancing the team roadmap for both external partnership opportunities & internal initiatives. Able to independently drive workstreams, including sourcing & evaluating potential solutions, facilitating partnership & soliciting/incorporating inputs from individuals across various organizational vertical / teams, and leading the assessment and communication of the value impact on the health system. Looking for an individual who is self-driven, experienced and comfortable interfacing with senior executives, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment navigating through ambiguity, managing competing stakeholder interests, & appropriately handling multiple workstreams simultaneously. Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members
Quickly able to build a deep expertise in ongoing enterprise operations, initiatives, and Northwell's technology platform ecosystem so as to appropriately frame new innovations in the context of Northwell's current environment, software stack, business processes & organizational needs.
Lead market assessments of potential innovative solutions, including organizational capacity / capabilities, technology / services / product reviews, competitive landscape analysis, understanding peer institution approaches, monitoring / digesting industry reports, designing, interpreting, & building cost/ROI models, and/or drawing out the most relevant insights from vendor demos & discussions. Able to quickly understand the fit of possible solutions within the context of Northwell's existing strategic priorities and investments & communicate this clearly to other stakeholders.
Able to serve as the primary day-to-day 'owner' of partner relationships - monitoring partner activities & providing feedback based on organizational context and/or leader & other stakeholder needs. Preference for prior experience managing relationships with partners, vendors, consultants and/or customers,
Creates materials for & able to give executive level presentations communicating updates and framing decisions on strategic initiatives. Demonstrates poise, strong public speaking skills, and adaptability in quickly reacting in the moment to audience questions/feedback
Job Description
Assists in the development, coordination and administration of strategic initiatives,
partnerships and programs in support of health system goals and network expansion.
Participates in the development and implementation of financial and strategic planning
activities. Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify
partnership opportunities, mutual goals/objectives, and facilitate strategic alliances.

The salary range for this position is $121,200-$212,100/year
