  • As an Agile Coach - Transformation Learning, Executive Director, you will help product lines and products begin their product and agile transformation journey through the facilitation of workshops aimed at re-visioning their organization around a customer-centric view as well as maturing their portfolio management and fiscal year planning practices. You will also help teams apply agile behaviors by leading agility related learning sessions and workshops. Finally, you will help enable our Transformation Directors to successfully transform their product line and the product teams applying business agility principles and guide teams through the transformational playbook by creating and delivering just-in-time custom workshops and learning offerings.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Be thoroughly familiar with the organization's agility strategy, initiatives, and expectations to ensure the product line alignment with Product Operating Model expectations.

    • Work with General Managers/Product Managers and Enterprise Agility Leads of the product lines and products to begin transforming the organizations to a product centric team through the facilitation of Transformation Workshops (TW), Product Team Workshops (PTW) and Fiscal Year Planning and OKR Workshops (FYW).

    • Coach product line and product leaders on product strategy and leadership principles and teach them through custom workshops how to apply those principles in an agile environment.

    • Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coach organization to conduct continuous improvement events.

    • Create and facilitate agility related learning workshops and artifacts (up-skilling & re-skilling).

    • Partner with other Product Agility Office organizations to ensure a consistent approach to transformation efforts.

    • Work with Product Line/Product and PAO office executive level leadership to proactively identify and manage Product and Agility Transformation initiation efforts.

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

    • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

    • 8+ years experience with Agile and Scrum Framework and its application in Product Development and delivery organization

    • Executive coaching experience, and ability to coach multiple teams across the product

    • Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels

    • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate at any level

    • Experience developing training and learning materials that apply the principles of Lean, Agile, and product transformation

    • Ability to evaluate organizational maturity and create a plan to improve it

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

    • Sound understanding of Scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS and various other Agile frameworks such as Kanban and XP

    • Ability to leverage skills from coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and more to serve the team(s)

    • Knowledge of industry-wide technology strategies

    • Preferred tool experience: JIRA, JIRA Align, Lucid spark and Confluence
