  • Job Description

    Conducts regular site safety survey for all assigned projects at a minimum

    Attended pre-construction, project team and foreman's meetings

    Attends kick-off meetings, progress meetings or safety meetings as requested of deemed necessary

    Reviews accident, safety and environmental reports, investigate all serious, fatal and/or catastrophic accidents, notify appropriate parties, and submit file to Claims Manager

    Maintains availability to provide safety related consultations during pre-bid review

    Skills and Requirements

    Education - HS or GED with certification and experience to supplement education

    Experience - 7-10 years of experience in a EH&S manager or in a managerial role overseeing site safety policies and processes in a general construction capacity

    Has been a EH&S manager over a project with over $10 million - $50 million dollars at a minimum in revenue

    Certifications - OSHA 500, CHST, CSHO, ASO, CSP and understanding of OSHA hour guidelines

    Must be a USC

    Ability to pass a background and drug test screening Spanish speaking - bi-lingual

    Bachelor's degree null
