    KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director to join our Business Development Organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive the strategic and tactical activities internally needed for long-term growth and short-term wins within KPMG's Capital Markets/Asset Management and Private Equity practices

    • Spearhead sales campaigns including strategy, execution, and tracking; enhance bookings and pipeline around priority sector solutions

    • Serve as a constant sales enabler by assisting partners and account teams through the sales process - opportunity identification to securing meetings that lead to opportunities and eventually wins; coach account teams as they develop RFP responses and prepare for client-facing meetings and pitches

    • Lead internal sales planning and enablement activities, including market execution plans with measurable goals for the Capital Markets/Asset Management and Private Equity practices

    • Refine client-facing sales collateral to ensure KPMG's distinct value proposition is clear and compelling; partner with multi-disciplinary team, including marketing, communications and alliance personnel to build and execute the sales strategy and enablement plans

    • Monitor performance of sales enablement and execution through sales and pipeline accuracy, identify and promote key wins to increase conversion rates

    Qualifications

    • Minimum eight years of recent, direct sales enablement experience, ideally for a consulting company is preferred

    • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field from an accredited college or university

    • Demonstrated success in driving sales management, sales planning, and sales enablement processes for complex advisory solutions

    • Strong understanding of client issues and ability to articulate value propositions internally and externally for the Capital Markets/Asset Management and Private Equity sectors; experience collaborating across service groups, industries, and functions to address complex account efforts

    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to cultivate business relationships; excellent written and verbal skills are required; familiarity with sales methodology

    • Ability to travel regularly
