Associate Senior Project Manager

• Location : (ONSITE) - Marlborough, MA (01752) - (Hybrid would be acceptable - There is a need to meet w/ team on site in MBO as well as travel to suppliers)

• Duration : 12 month contract - (Opportunity for contract extension possibility)

• Type : W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)

New Product Development (NPD) & Sustaining (Product Care) for Single-Use Disposable products.

This role is responsible for leading projects with full independence, providing guidance on project strategy and execution to cross-functional team, ensure collaboration and alignment with global large-scale projects.

Additional duties include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for the projects. Technical aptitude and understanding of P&ID's, vessels, piping systems, instrumentation, controls, and heating/cooling.

• Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure the projects are run within the defined constraints of scope, budget and timelines, adhering to the required quality standards and functional procedures.

• Establish and practice project controls/governance/standards.

• Evaluate planning and technical risk, take decisions and ensure countermeasures are in place to enable the execution of the project plans on time.

Skills & Experiences required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering discipline (mechanics, plastics, systems, industrial, biomedical, or related discipline).

• 5+ years project leadership/management experience within product development, manufacturing or research environment, preferable in the healthcare industry or other highly regulated industry.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, and drive projects to completion on time and within budget, while satisfying quality and performance requirements.

• Proficient in project management principles and tools. Professional Project Management certification is an asset (e.g., PMI).

• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder communication in a matrix organization, and to collaborate with diverse and global cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated experience of working closely with clients and suppliers to deliver results. Customer focus and results driven.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Action oriented.

• Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Situational adaptability.

• Familiarity and experience of FDA, ISO regulations and guidelines.
