    YOUR ROLE

    • The Business Development Manager is responsible for finding and securing new salon business for Joico.

    • BDM will work closely with their Joico Sales Director in targeting and converting salon accounts.

    • BDM will actively use all forms of social media as an additional outlet to introduce Joico to salons, spas, schools, barbers, and any licensed beauty professionals.

    • Actively prospect for new customers through cold calling, social media, and other digital outlets.

    • Target both full-service salons and booth rentals via salon suites.

    YOUR SKILLS

    • 5 years' experience in Sales, new client acquisition within the beauty or personal care industry; hair category a plus

    • Extensive travel required, minimum 70%

    • Proficient in use of social media platforms

    • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills

    • Proficient use of Word, Excel, Power Point

    • Ability to analyze data, develop and communicate results, ideas and strategies

    • Manage personal travel schedule and T&E budget

    • Driver's license required

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred

    The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $100,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
