  • Overview As the Business Development Manager, you will partner with sales and cross-functional leadership to complete market analyses, create a territory strategy and generate overall referral growth and volume. You will make daily calls to referral sources to coordinate and execute sales, drive growth via all channels, and conduct networking/educational events. In addition, you will assist leadership in coaching, mentoring and onboarding Business Development Associates. Territory geography: Charleston, SC and surrounding areas. Local and regional travel required.
