    What You'll Do:

    • Partner with Business Excellence leadership to help deploy the strategy roadmap that is aligned to corporate goals and breakthrough objectives.

    • Support transformation and turnaround improvement kaizens/sprint teams/projects/actions plans to quickly improve KPIs and critical areas of SQDCP across the SSB and T&N network.

    • Assist in the Problem Solving Process (PSP) to analyze trends, run pareto studies and help teams to eliminate the issue(s) and drive a sustained/improved process.

    • Partner with BE team to support in coaching corporate, plant and supplier partner leadership through the lean implementation strategy focused on delivering business results and building competency in lean methods.

    • Support and participate in bootcamps and workshops to all levels of the organization on the use and practice of Lean methodology and Agile Project Management.

    • Focus on business performance that constantly strives to eliminate waste, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share via the use continuous improvement methodologies.

    • Assist in the deployment of the BE Business System that helps the organization drive competitive advantages in the market place.

    • Partner with plant teams to support the standardization and delivery of the Business Excellence program into the Organization.

    • Drive effective on-going communications throughout the Central Operations team on the implementation of lean thinking and fast delivery to help drive culture change.

    • Act as an overall change agent and Continuous Improvement Champion across the enterprise.

    What You'll Do Continued:

    • Demonstrate ability to operate at all levels within the company - including interaction with senior leadership, working with functional leaders throughout the company, and implementing effectively on the shop floor.

    • Help to facilitate and execute kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.

    • Demonstrate the ability to drive transformation and team communication to improve process and KPIs across the SSB and T&N network.

    • Own sprint process for specific programs/projects which includes sprint planning, road mapping, retrospectives, and board/chart management.

    • Be a champion of Agile and help to coach the larger team on the mythologies and best practices.

    What You'll Bring:

    • Must have at least a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.

    • Must have completed graduate level coursework in Logistics Engineering, Lean Six Sigma Quality, and in Supply Chain Management.

    • Must be willing to travel to Serta offices throughout the United States.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
