What's in it for YOU?- Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending, Life, & more)- 401(k) with company match - Roth IRA- Tuition and Certification Reimbursement- Career Development & GrowthResponsibilities- Provide space management and section merchandising including the analysis of financial data and the ability to provide space related insights at both the account and market level.- System Tools (experience preferred): JDA/Blue Yonder or Shelf IQ & Apollo and Madrid- Participate in the development and maintenance of client-specific reporting that measures performance against strategies and objectives .- Develop and ensure that POGs meet both the Customer's and Client's visual standards.- Maintain and update all POGs for assigned categories and customers- Responsible for quality control of data sources and ensuring accuracy of deliverables, often requiring engagement with other BI associates and data/tool vendors.- Attend meetings with clients to discuss client needs and upcoming projects.What YOU will bring to the role- 4+ years direct work experience in a project coordination/management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution, or equivalent experience- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook as well as Adobe Creative Suite. Demonstrated experience interdepartmental personnel management.- Elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
