CONTRACT TO HIRE

WEEKLY PAY:$35-$40/HR

Job Description

Are you a seasoned construction professional looking for a challenging and

rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction

Site Superintendent to oversee multiple construction sites within (insert

location). As a superintendent, you will be responsible for managing crews

involved in breaking up and replacing concrete parking lots, as well as

painting parking lines and handicap parking spots.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities at up to 6 different sites

simultaneously.

• Coordinate and schedule crews for breaking up and replacing concrete

parking lots.

• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.

• Oversee the painting of parking lines and handicap parking spots.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and

clients.

• Manage project timelines and budgets.

• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites efficiently.

• Knowledge of concrete removal and replacement processes.

• Familiarity with painting parking lines and handicap parking spots.

• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

• Valid driver's license.
