Jefferson at Home by BAYADA is seeking a Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Philadelphia, PA Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout Philadelphia county.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.

• Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Philadelphia, PA.

• Supervise a team of field nurses.

• Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.

• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2or more years of experience as an RN.

• Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience required.

• Supervisory experience highly preferred.
