    Education:

    BSN Required, Masters Preferred

    Licenses and/or Certifications (Required and Preferred):

    RN Required, BLS/ACLS Required, OCN Preferred

    Related Work Experience and Other Skills:

    5+ years of RN experience in an ambulatory care setting. Management experience preferred.

    Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    Ability to stand, care for patients for 8+ hours/day.

    Duty 1: Fosters process improvements for greater operating efficiency and patient/customer service

    Duty 2: Supervises, trains, and evaluates nursing staff

    Duty 3: Coordinates clinical practice and the deployment of resources to ensure ongoing implementation of the nursing process

    Duty 4: Communicates ideas and goals clearly and is an effective listener

    Duty 5: Leads daily operations for the nursing team and clinic

    Duty 6: Designs and manages continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives

    Duty 7: Designs and manages continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives

    Duty 8: Independently sees patients with the direct supervision of the medical director

    Duty 9: Collaborates with inpatient nurse managers, staff RN's, laboratory, pathology, imaging, and operations

    Duty 10: Performs nursing assessments and triage of patient care needs for new and ongoing patients

    Other duties as assigned.
