Position Details:

• Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital North and Outpatient Facility

• Location: Lutz, FL

• Status: Full Time

• Shift: Varies

• Weekend Work: Every 4th

• On Call: No

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities:

The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying, and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Requirements:

• Required: Registered Pharmacist in the state of Florida

• Preferred: Board Certification in Oncology BCOP or Sterile Compounding BCSCP

• Required Bachelor's Pharmacy

• Preferred PharmD

• Preferred PGY1 and/or PGY2 in Oncology
