    Job Description:

    The Clinical Resource Administrator (CRA) serves as a clinical resource and role model for professional practice on primarily the off shift and weekends. The CRA supports and assists with clinical, administrative and emergency needs throughout the institution. The CRA possesses excellent skills in clinical decision making and practice, communication, and interpersonal interactions. The CRA supports the professional growth and knowledge of the novice nurse through excellence in teaching, coaching and mentoring. The CRA coordinates operational issues to maintain patient safety and efficiency of care. The CRA serves as a liaison to providers, manager staff, unit staff, providers and external customers.

    Off-Shifts- Weekends for days and nights

    PAY RANGE: $90,399.49-$117,519.34 (based on a 40-hour work week)

    Job Requirements:

    Bachelor of Science in Nursing, degree required. Masters preferred. Minimum of 5 yrs. nursing experience with progressive leadership experience at the unit level. Critical Care experience preferred. Licensure as a Registered Nurse in NYS. Professional Certification critical care, medical-surgical nursing or nursing administration is required 1 year from start date in role. Current American Heart Association BLS or American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers required at time of hire. American Heart Association ACLS must be completed within 3 months of hire. Proficient in basic computer use to include word processing, e-mail, data entry, and use of basic spreadsheet applications.
