Kelly Scientific Resources is currently seeking Clinical Trial Assistants for several leading clients in the Dallas, TX area.
As a Clinical Trial Assistant placed with Kelly Scientific Resources, you will have a key role supporting the Clinical Operations team to ensure effective conduct of clinical trial studies.
Additional Responsibilities :
Provide general administrative support to the Clinical Operations department and assistance to Project Manager(s) and Project Director(s)\t
Create and maintain various clinical tools to track data including, but not limited to: study enrollment, study team contact lists, study team training, and laboratory sample tracking.\t
Track and manage Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries and clinical data flow\t
Assist in quality control audits of clinical study documentation (e.g. Main Study Files, CRF Files, Monitoring Files, etc.)\t
Contact clinical sites for specific requests (e.g., enrollment updates, missing documentation, meeting arrangements, etc.)\t
Proactively schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls; prepare and distribute meeting materials and meeting minutes\t
Carry out the function of the role in compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), working practices and regulatory guidelines
BS degree in life science field\t
At least 1 year of experience in clinical research within a CRO, pharma or biotech company\t
Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, basic regulatory requirements, and clinical trial operations\t
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment\t
Highly effective written and oral communication; ability to prepare reports, documentation, and presentation materials with high quality\t
Proficiency with MS Office suite, SharePoint, and general computer skills
