    The National Security Sector within Leidos is seeking a Collection Manager to support our customer and work out of Charlottesville, VA. The successful candidate will have intelligence analysis and collection management experience, as well as experience working with unique collection assets and capabilities.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Apply intelligence collection systems and capabilities to inform consumers of collection developments and relevancy.

    • Collaborate across DoD and IC to understand customer intelligence needs and gaps to optimize developing and validating collections requirements.

    • Evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection against requirements, and the execution of collection plans and strategies to generate reliable and valid intelligence to customers.

    • Assesses the value of collected intelligence in relation to customer needs.

    • Manages large amounts of data, ensures data consistency, produces visualizations and develops models to report findings.

    • Identifies collection gaps, related trends and opportunities, assesses collection options, tests assumptions, and produces judgements, recommendations and solutions to refine collection.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • BA/BS degree in related discipline and 12+ years of intelligence analysis and collection management experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

    • Have a superior understanding of DoD collection management processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools.

    • Certified Collection Management Professional (CCMP-F)

    • Certified GEOINT Collection Manager (GCRM)

    • In-depth understanding of and excel at developing collection strategies to support targeting.

    • Demonstrated experience working with unique collection assets and capabilities.

    • Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines.

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    • Expertise with intelligence production of facilities and infrastructure; and expertise with facility-centric targeting methodology and tradecraft.

    Security Clearance Required:

    • Active TS/SCI

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in a related discipline.

    • Background in Special Operations Support.

    Pay Range:

    Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
