    About the Role

    As a CBRE Communications & Media Sr. Analyst, you will provide administrative support for the organization's day-to-day advertising, marketing, media relations, editorial design, and social media. plans.

    This job is part of the Communications job function. They are responsible for developing internal and external communications that are related to organizational values, strategy, and performance.

    What You'll Do

    Serve as primary "staff writer" for a prominent Global Workplace Services account, working on outputs such as an account-wide newsletter, award nominations, account-wide emails, etc.

    Manage a global account newsletter program, identifying, researching, and drafting newsletter stories for a 1,000-person internal audience.

    Provide basic graphics-editing, layout, and PowerPoint support.

    Support the account's Comms Director in drafting, copy-editing, and proofreading high-profile collateral.

    Serve as communications liaison to key internal account committees, helping them to plan and deliver their solutions and events.

    Build a Communications playbook as documentation for the team.

    Consult with various account teams on areas of expertise (esp. business writing and general communications standard processes).

    Cover for other Account Comms colleagues, as needed.

    Develop content for internal and client consumption, ensuring that messages align with business strategies and values.

    Stay up to date on the current communications standard processes and trends (e.g., generative AI, content creation tools, etc.)

    Conduct discovery and information-gathering sessions, including one-on-one interviews, surveys, questionnaires, and brainstorming sessions.

    Track all key performance indicators, including email click-throughs and virtual event attendance, and tailor communications plan based on result.

    Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

    Collaborate with colleagues to track deliverable projects, identify tasks required to complete, and see through to delivery.

    What You'll Need

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

    • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

    • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
