    A Construction Manager is needed for the world's largest food and beverage company in the Jefferson, WI area. This Construction Manager role involves overseeing site construction activities, managing project finances, safety, and schedules, collaborating with stakeholders, resolving technical issues, and ensuring quality and safety compliance.

    responsibilities

    • Manage financial, safety, and schedule Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and propose alternatives as needed.

    • Oversee various Construction Managers (CM I, II) when executing major capital projects.

    • Review SAP project details and update project management tools as required.

    • Organize and manage asset tracking, tagging, and project close-out activities.

    • Track, maintain, and transfer Non-Plant Equipment (NPE) Procured Field Equipment and NPE Assets.

    • Maintain a safe and orderly work site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

    • Ensure project execution, inspection, and quality acceptance according to specifications, drawings, scope, schedule, and budget.

    Skills

    • Proficiency in Information Technology and software applications like BIM 360, Cx Alloy, Pet Pro, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.

    • Thorough understanding of Project Management, Building Design and Construction, Scheduling, Cost Modeling, and Risk Analysis.

    • Highly articulate with a clear and analytical approach to problem-solving.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 10 years of Construction Management experience.

    • Must have experience overseeing the build-out of a trailer drop lot in a manufacturing/industrial environment, civil engineering, and permitting/zoning.

    • More than 3 years of experience with software applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, CX Alloy, and others.

    • Experience managing projects through all phases of construction.

    • Certification such as PMP, PMI, GAC, CCM, CMCI, or CMAA.

    • OSHA 30 certification.
