  • Description

    • Supporting the project team on overall project requirements

    • Managing subcontractors, coordinating and ensuring a high level of communication with subcontractors and trade partners

    • Developing scopes of work, soliciting bids, and conducting reviews, as well as negotiating subcontracts

    • Preparing project reports, cost reports, monthly reports, and schedule updates as needed

    • Reviewing the processing of submittals, pay applications, and other relevant project documentation

    • Client communication on an as needed basis to communicate any issues, ensuring client satisfaction

    • Responsible for overall project schedules, work with all parties involved with project to prevent delays

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • Construction Management or Engineering Degree required

    • OSHA 30 (Plus, not required)

    • MS Project/Suite required

    • Experience with project size in upwards of $15 million+ in addition to ground up projects required
