    Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

    What you'll do...

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Skills Development Manager to join our team in Ochelata, Oklahoma . As a Continuous Skills Development Manager, you will be responsible for implementing training programs, coordinating change initiatives, and providing leadership to a team of trainers.

    What you'll do:

    • Implement training programs at the facility level and participate in the Functional/Divisional training network to determine current best practices and share learnings.

    • Manage execution and quality of delivery across change programs as assigned, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and providing change sponsorship as required.

    • Oversee, coordinate, and provide leadership to teams supporting change initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging between multiple projects and managing site communications.

    • Act as an active member of the facility leadership team, sharing knowledge, expertise, and coaching to develop others and engaging teams in the change management process.

    • Coordinate with facility level and home office level associates and leadership to implement corporate initiatives.

    • Coordinate training programs, utilizing, and maintaining training materials and supporting KPIs in: Quality, Safety, Cost, Service and People.

    • Guide and execute the associate development across the facility, assessing and calibrating training programs to determine training effectiveness.

    • Support associate engagement by providing learning opportunities, building relationships, and consistently encouraging cross-functional teamwork.
