    Contractor Executive Search Coordinator

    This role is based in Boise, Idaho, onsite in a hybrid capacity.

    Reporting to the Director of global Executive Recruiting, the Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for candidate care, vendor management, key collaborator coordination, and special strategic projects for the Executive Search Team.

    In this role, you will act as the face of the Executive Search team to each executive candidate and respond timely to critical requests to ensure the search process moves swiftly. You will collaborate with Executive Leadership, their EA's and their teams to coordinate interviews and new hire onboarding. You will ensure a consistent experience for all hiring teams and executive candidates. You will be part of strategic projects such as talent mapping, creating talent pools, benchmarking, up-leveling user experience, and various capabilities building.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle the end-to-end Executive recruitment interview and operations and onboarding process.

    • Ensure white glove service with all executive candidates while informing key team members.

    • Ensure smooth interview process and consistent high-touch candidate experience.

    • Manage multiple executive-level collaborators across various functions and geographies while balancing competing priorities in a highly matrixed organization.

    • Complex calendar and travel management

    • Maintain Executive Search scheduling dashboard and recruitment update tracker using internal tools and databases such as Workday and LinkedIn

    • Create and maintain process documentation, benchmark reports, mappings, and presentations.

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS with 2+ years of work experience; experience in executive search coordination

    • Minimum 1+ years of relevant Recruiting or Human Resources experience required, Vendor Management and Executive Search support experience highly preferred.

    • Experience using Workday ATS highly preferred.

    • Advanced-level skills Microsoft Office Suite

    • Strong program/project management skills

    • Strong process attitude and ability to drive continuous improvement.

    • Ability to develop strong relationships through establishing trust and credibility with colleagues and candidates.
